From new laptops, cell phones and desktops being launched every several months the modern world is literally obsessed with technology. From the years 2000-to-2010, the world saw a rapid growth in technology; products became higher quality, more energy efficient and smaller and the public need for the best technology became insatiable. This high-tech movement was not lost on promotional products: items for promotion became much more high-tech with added themes like environmental friendliness and affordability. Here is a list of four types of promotional products that have really advanced in terms of technology in recent years.
Key Chains: Key chains are classic promotional products. Because everyone can use a key chain and key chains are carried everywhere a person travels in a day, they are great promotional products. But the high-tech movement forged some incredible changes in these items providing great designs and making them multifunctional. The key light key chain is particularly popular and provides a convenient flashlight for any situation it’s needed. Calculators: Promotional calculators needed to evolve with the advent of cell phones which can perform the same tasks. That’s why these items also became multifunctional like calculators that are fixed into notebooks and even mouse pads. Travel Mugs: The biggest advances in travel mug technology come from their ability to insulate. Tote Bags: Not many people think of tote bags when they consider high-tech promotional products. But these increasingly popular bags are adding feature that make them even more useful. Many are adding zippers and insulated lining to store perishable items or using multiple pocket designs to add storage capabilities. The material used to make them is also utilizing new green technology to make these bags environmentally friendly and affordable.
