February doesnt seem to be too cold this year, weve yet to get through spring before summer but I cant stop thinking about spending more time in my garden when the weather becomes a little bit warmer and the kids can be dragged away from their computer games and TVs and out into the fresh air for lots of exercise on their outdoor toys such as the climbing frame abandoned since last summer and trampolines. With spring yet to come there is still time to prepare your garden for summer use and now is a great time to buy and build the likes of climbing frames for your kids to enjoy throughout the summer months and to get them out of the house for a few hours so you can concentrate on the important things like putting your feet up.
Trampolines offer a world of excitement and fun for kids to while away the summer holidays, there are a lot of different size trampolines available from small 8ft trampolines to larger 14ft trampolines and they are all available with safety netting and numerous other trampoline accessories to ensure users are not in danger of falling off at all, they help to develop core muscle development along with many other benefits including cardio vascular and coordination skills.
Climbing frames have long been a staple feature in gardens for many years, they offer a wealth of benefits to children of all ages such as developing spatial awareness and muscle strength as well as increasing motor skills, with such active imaginations a climbing frame can be so much more than a climbing frame and to kids could be anything from a pirate ship to a castle. Regardless of what you go for this year when selecting and buying outdoor play equipment, make sure it is of good quality and made to a high standard if youre not confident to erect it yourself then hire a professional.
